If you’ve received an email warning you of a Negative Balance or a Pre-Suspend warning, this means that your account has obtained a negative balance with weberz.  Normally this is due to a credit card expiring or someone forgetting to make a PayPal payment.   The best course of action would be to login to the control panel and review or update your Billing Profile information to ensure that your account does not get suspended.
