How do I cancel my account?

If you have had your account for less than 30 days, you can use Weberz’s 30 day money back guarantee to cancel your account and have your money refunded to you. To do this login to your control panel and click the “Money Back” icon.

If you have had your account for more than 30 days, you can cancel your account by logging into your control panel and clicking Billing –> Cancel account. This will allow you to either cancel your account immediately or at the end of your billing cycle. Weberz does not off refunds for the remainder of your billing cycle if you choose to cancel immediately.

Weberz is also not responsible for providing archived copies of your data due to the account cancellation. Please verify that you have the most recent copy of any data that is on our servers before starting the account cancellation process.
