Connectivity Issues to Portland Data Center
At 5:45PM Pacific it was determined that Weberz servers located in the Portland, Oregon data center were having connectivity issues to the internet. We currently have multiple technicains at our data center troubleshooting the problem. We check back at this forum or call us toll-free at 877-588-5461 for additional information.
Update 3-18-2009 11AM PST: The issues we were having with our internet connections has been resolved. All sites seem to be resolving and functioning properly. If you continue to have issues, please be sure to contact the support team at support@weberz.com.

My client is having mail issues (related to yesterday’s outage?):
1) Checking mail times out after about 10-11 messages with the message “The connection to the server was lost.” The connection can be refreshed but again dies after 10 or so messages.
2) They can’t send mail from their email client (Outlook).
3) They are getting several duplicates of massages from yesterday (not sure of the time stamps), a few many times (30-40).
